File Downloads
Techmate, Inc. has created a unique system known as our Generic Template Converter. This system will support many types of file downloads into the WinOPS system. Currently, our primary download type is the industry standard DST 200 byte file. With this type of file layout, no external conversion programs are needed. However, if your Broker/Dealer is working with a fund company or clearing firm which uses a non-standard file layout we still have the ability to download their files with the help of our Template Converter.

Branch E-Mail Push
If your Broker/Dealer is managing a fleet of field offices you can use the WinOPS system to link all of your branch offices to the back office. The Branch E-Mail Push feature is used in conjunction with RIS to deliver electronic communications to all offices or only a few offices, you decide. The lines of communication flow much more freely with this piece of automation.

Electronic Fund Transfer Commission Payments
The option to deliver commission payments to your representatives via an Electronic Fund Transfer is available to all users of the WinOPS system. We have found that as Broker/Dealers use our EFT commission payment option, they are able to better serve their representatives due to a more organized and structured payment process. Commission Statement Delivery
The WinOPS system can be used for the electronic delivery of commission statements to all of your offices and representatives in the field. If you are running a Back Office with 100 representatives and paying commissions twice monthly, you will be able to save your Broker/Dealer over $800/year in postage expenses alone. Document Imaging
Now that we are quickly moving into an electronic age and less information is being stored in file cabinets, it is the time for your Broker/Dealer to take that next step toward being fully automated. In conjunction with the WinOPS, RIS, and WebOPS systems you may scan any document into the system and have them attached to customers, reps, and products. Not only can the system handle a single sheet scan, but it can also handle the larger scanners with multiple sheet feeders.
