Techmate Staff
Rod Lueck has done an exemplary job to empower the Techmate staff to show an unprecedented willingness to listen carefully to the client's needs and then work diligently to give them what they want. Early on, he set the stage to motivate his staff to always look for ways to efficiently serve Techmate's clients. The method was simple, Rod and the staff sit down to periodically figure how much money Techmate needs to break even. Above that watermark every employee receives a percentage of Techmate's gross revenue. The end result is that each staff member sees each Operations Plus client as his or her own customer. By owning the gross revenue of the company, each employee is motivated to act as an owner of the company. Perhaps this explains why you will hear familiar voices answering the phone at Techmate year after year.

Rod started in the financial services industry in 1978 as a financial planner with E.F. Hutton's "Hutton Financial Services" division. Two of his current clients were fellow planners at Hutton in 1979. From there he moved on to run an OSJ for Private Ledger and then was recruited to Integrated Resources Equity Corp. as a recruiter and sales trainer. The original Operations Plus was programmed by people shuffled out of Integrated Resources when their Broker/Dealer was moved from Denver to New York in 1984/1985. Integrated's demise became apparent in 1988 and Mr. Lueck stepped into Techmate as a financial backer and eventually as president of the company. Concurrent with his move to Techmate in 1988, Rod formed his own Broker/Dealer which he eventually sold to one of Techmate's client in 1995. Rod is still a Vice President of that firm and is serving in an operations advisory role.
Gary Blair is the Senior Programmer
Patti recently joined the Techmate team in January of 2005. She went to school at both Colorado State University as well as Metropolitan State College of Denver, with an emphasis in Computer Programming as well as Web Design and Computer Networking. Patti’s duties are to assist the senior programmer as well as creating and designing any forms that need to be made for all client companies.
Lee joined Techmate, Inc. in 1996. His responsibilities include office management, training of new and existing clients and technical support. Lee received his B.A. from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1991. In his free time he enjoys coaching midget football, playing and coaching semi-pro football, and science fiction. Lee met his wife Amy at church and they were married in the summer of 2000. Lee’s future plans include starting a family and retiring at Techmate.
Tom started his employment with Techmate in 1996. Currently his primary responsibilities include technical support and he is known as our “Data Conversion Guru”. Prior to joining the Techmate family Tom was employed for over three years with a Broker/Dealer which contained over 200 representatives. Among other duties, Tom started as a Data Entry/Computer Operator during his employment. Tom was also the Network Administrator for the Broker/Dealer ensuring that commissions were consistently generated on time.
Wayne began his career with Techmate in November of 1997. His primary duties within the organization include Technical Support and writing customized reports for clients upon request. We refer to Wayne as our “Shazam Guru”. Wayne also assists with the creation of our Computer Based Training modules for use with the WinOPS system. Wayne married his wife in the fall of 2000 and is currently looking forward to starting a family with her. Wayne plays football on the same semi-pro football team as Lee. He also enjoys coaching youth sports.
